Egg Tarts + Pancakes

Two things I want to make and eat these days are: egg tarts and pancakes. There is a shop somewhere in this country Indonesia (I'm not sure where exactly) that sells delicious Portuguese Egg Tarts :D The shop is called Golden Egg somethings. I am not sure the difference between the portuguese one and the other one (because I'm not sure if I ever ate the normal one) but the portuguese one was delicious. It has caramel sweetness, egg custard softness, and maybe a little crunch of the pastry. Pancake? I just wanted it from seeing McDonald's breakfast ad :P
For those interested in trying as well, here are some recipes: (get the instructions in the respective websites)
